Why the list is not longer

Sahvelo has identified 101 large planned and age-restricted communities across 18 states. A page is published for one only where the state's own law has been read and verified to the standard the rest of this corpus is held to. The remaining communities are recorded and unpublished rather than filled with an estimate, and they arrive as their states do.

1 of them are held back for a different reason: the record cannot say which state the community is in, and every word of one of these pages is one state's law. A page whose state is wrong is not a page with a mistake in it. It is the wrong law, published under the name of a real place, and it stays unpublished until a source settles the question.
